Who I am

Meridian is an independent study resource run by me as a sole trader (ABN [your ABN]) based in Australia. I am not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by ACER or the GAMSAT. GAMSAT® is a registered trademark of ACER.

What I sell

I sell downloadable GAMSAT study resources (PDFs) and a personalised essay-marking service. My practice questions are original materials written to resemble the style and difficulty of the exam. They are not real or past GAMSAT questions.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). I am not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

Delivery and access

After a successful payment, I give you a private link to download your PDF. For your security these links are temporary and expire after a short time. If yours expires before you have saved the file, just contact me and I will send a fresh one.

Essay-marking service

When you buy essay marking, you send me your Section II essay and I return written feedback. Feedback is drafted with the help of AI and then personally reviewed and edited by me before it is sent to you. I tell you this openly because honesty matters to me.

I aim to return your feedback within [your turnaround, e.g. 3 business days]. Marking is a study aid and reflects my opinion. It is not a guarantee of any particular GAMSAT score or outcome.

How you may use my materials

When you buy a resource, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own GAMSAT preparation. You may not share, copy for others, resell, republish or distribute it. Each PDF is watermarked with the buyer’s details.

My website and content

The website itself, along with its text, design, logo and other content, belongs to me or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without my written consent, apart from the resources you have bought, which are covered by the licence above.

Links to other websites

My site may link to other websites, such as Google Docs for essay submissions. I am not responsible for the content or practices of websites I do not control, and using them is at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass its security, or access files you have not paid for.

Disclaimers

My resources are independent study materials provided for educational purposes. Preparing with them does not guarantee any particular result in the GAMSAT. I am not affiliated with or endorsed by ACER.

My responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, my liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Refunds and privacy

Refunds are covered by my Refund Policy, and how I handle your information is covered by my Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of [your state/territory], Australia, and this service is intended for customers in Australia.
