Changing your mind

If you buy the Section 2 Practice Bank and change your mind, you can have a full refund as long as you haven't started a sitting from the bank yet. A sitting counts as started once you press Begin and its prompts are shown to you, in either exam mode or practice mode.

Once you have started a sitting from the bank, I can't offer a refund just for a change of mind. Your consumer guarantees below still apply.

Your consumer guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, what I sell comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded. For example, it has to match its description and work the way I said it would. These rights apply whether or not you have started a sitting, and nothing in this policy limits them.

If there is a major problem, you can cancel and get a refund, or keep it and ask for compensation for the drop in its value. If it is a smaller problem, you can ask me to fix it, and if I don't fix it within a reasonable time, you can cancel and get a refund. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other loss you could reasonably have expected. The ACCC explains these rights in full at accc.gov.au.

If something is wrong

If you can't get into the bank after paying, something in it doesn't work, or it isn't as described, email me at hello@meridiangamsat.com and I will put it right.

How to ask for a refund

Email me at hello@meridiangamsat.com from the email address you paid with (or tell me which one it was), with a short note on why you want a refund. I aim to reply within 3 business days.

When I refund you, I refund the money through Stripe to the same card or account you paid with, and your access to the bank is removed. The refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

If you dispute the payment with your bank instead and it turns into a chargeback, your access is paused until it's settled, and it ends if the payment is reversed.
